What is MoMoGram? The mobile money agent app for Ghana
MoMoGram is an Android app for mobile money agents in Ghana. The agent types the amount and the customer's number and taps a transaction (Cash In, Cash Out, Airtime, Bundle/Data, Pay to Merchant, Balance or Commission). MoMoGram dials the network's USSD menu on the right agent SIM, fills in the menu steps, and stops so the agent types the Mobile Money PIN. Every transaction is saved on the phone. It is made by Octagram Tech in Accra.
Who it is for
Mobile money agents and merchants using MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash or AirtelTigo Money agent SIMs, on any Android phone with Android 8.0 or newer (Samsung, Tecno, Infinix, itel and others).
What it does
- Runs Cash In, Cash Out, Airtime, Bundle/Data, Pay to Merchant, Balance and Commission from one screen.
- Routes each customer number to the right network's agent SIM (up to 3 SIMs), including ported numbers.
- Keeps a history of every transaction with PDF and Excel export.
- Tracks e-float, cash in the drawer and commission.
- Warns before sending to numbers other agents reported for fraud.
Does it need internet?
No for transactions: USSD works without mobile data, so MoMoGram keeps working offline. Internet is only needed to sign in, renew the subscription and check fraud reports.
How much it costs
The first 30 days are free. After that it costs GHS 7 a month, paid with Mobile Money or card. There are also 3, 6 and 12-month plans (12 months is 7% cheaper). There are no automatic charges.

Is MoMoGram an official MTN app?
No. MoMoGram is an independent app by Octagram Tech. It uses the networks' own USSD menus, and every transaction is approved with the agent's own PIN.
Which networks does MoMoGram support?
MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash and AirtelTigo Money agent SIMs in Ghana.
