Is MoMoGram safe? How it protects your PIN

Yes. MoMoGram never asks for, reads or stores your Mobile Money PIN: it fills in only the menu steps and stops when the network asks for the PIN, which you type on the network's own screen. Transaction records are kept on your phone.

What the MoMoGram helper does

The helper uses Android Accessibility only while a transaction you started is running: it reads the USSD menu, enters the menu choices, number and amount, and stops at the PIN.

Your data

Transaction history stays on the phone. Sign-in uses your email; fraud lookups check a number without storing it. You can delete your online account at any time from the app or at https://momogramapp.com/delete-account.php.

Registered company

MoMoGram is made by Octagram Tech, a registered company in Ghana (Accra).

Questions agents ask

Will MoMoGram staff ever ask for my PIN?

Never. Anyone asking for your PIN or sign-in code is a scammer.

Why does MoMoGram need Accessibility?

To type the USSD menu steps for you. It stops at the PIN and does not read other apps.
